Eleven things that may go wrong with your event...but not with us!
- The client's forgotten to tell us about a display they've just brought in. That's fine because we generally carry spare kit to cover most eventualities.
- The table plans are all drawn up. But no easels to display them! We can help: we have them in stock.
- 'Didn't know you were coming'. We did, as we asked during our production meetings who else was involved with the event. So no surprises there.
- Last minute colour changes required. Not a problem: we have every colour in the spectrum.
- Presenters on stage have to share mics. We would discuss the event and foresee any instances where additional speakers and/or Q&A may occur so we can supply relevant mics.
- Presentations not complete. Again we sit down with the client and predict any changes that may be required to show content (always happens!). We then have appropriate crew and hardware on hand to assist any changes required.
- The delivery vehicles won't fit through the gates at the venue. This doesn't happen because we've carried out a site visit.
- The venue won't allow you to use haze because of their alarm system. Not with us. We've run through everything with the venue prior to this and they have isolated the alarm system for us.
- The caterers plug in and everything goes pop. Not a scenario you'll experience with us because we know in advance what they are bringing and will have powered up accordingly.
- Your venue is cold and your guests are wearing their coats all night. Won't happen. We've looked at the in-house heating and added to it or put in a new system as required.
- A last minute requirement to add in another guest speaker and you can't find anyone to arrange this. No worries. You go straight to our Duty Operator. You know who he/she is and where they are based for the night, because you were introduced to them at the start.
